Counselling is available via video call or teleconferencing.
Longer sessions can be arranged as required. There are a limited number of fee-subsidised places we offer to clients who are experiencing financial difficulty.

There are many similarities between these roles, and either option may be suitable to treat the majority of clients. However, a counsellor’s role is to provide support for clients across a broad spectrum of emotional challenges through varying psychotherapeutic modalities. A psychologist follows a medical model and can diagnose and treat psychological disorders. Counsellors will sometimes recommend a client visits a psychologist or other medical professionals, if that client requires further assistance.
